joy.

There are moments that I fortunately catch as the days go by that bring me joy. This picture of my two boys is one of those. I went out into the living room while we were at my parent's house and I had to stop and watch them together. You can see just how much Dylan is ready to play with and teach his little brother about playing cars and the sounds they make.

This year we spent Christmas at my parent's house over in Ephrata, WA. About a 3 hour drive form Moscow. So we loaded up, everything but the kitchen sink it seemed and headed out! We were there for about a week and a half and it was great. A special and wonderful time of year to be with family.

During our stay we baked a whole list of yummy Christmas goodies, stayed up way to late, got up way too early, played out in the cold, fed horses with Grandpa, played with cousins, new toys, read the story of Christmas together as a family, Had the kids close their eyes as their traditional Christmas Eve gift of new pjs were brought out, rode horses with Aunt Jaime, as well as many other fun Christmas traditions we have with our family. We hope everyone had a wonderful, tradition and joy filled Christmas this year!

So cute! Isaac is adorable. It's fun to hear about your traditions. Our girls received the same pjs on Christmas Eve as Lola. You'll have to tell her. Or maybe I should post some of our Christmas joy... that would be better, eh? :-) Love you guys!
